In our 30+ years of experience, Alta Pet Center has learned a lot about caring for cats and dogs, including the special needs of very young, very old, and disabled animals.

Because the first-time grooming experience colors your pet's perception regarding future sessions, we take care of puppies and kittens at their own pace.

For aged or disabled pets, we take extra care and take more time, according to their needs. By allowing these animals to rest during grooming, we reduce the stress and give them a more restful experience.

Grooming sessions that require an unusual amount of time and effort may lead to an additional charge, depending on the situation.

• Pets with behavior problems
• Pets with matted coats

If we believe an additional charge is warranted, we will inform you ahead of time.
